Kitchen Tales with Matt Moran

We had the pleasure of featuring on Chef Matt Moran's YouTube series, Kitchen Tales. He’s had some inspirational company over, cooked some incredible meals and paired them fantastically with our One Love Pale Ale.

Matt Moran kicked off the first episode with the legend Zoe Terakes. Zoe is a well-known gender activist and a vocal advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and indigenous communities.
Matt cooked a delicous meal inspired by Zoe's food ventures including traditional French snails and put a duck twist to the Asian favourite, san choy bow. Our Pale Ale cuts perfectly through the creaminess of the snails while being the perfect palate balancer for the san choy bow.

We featured next on the episode with funny boys The Inspired Unemployed. These South Coast larrikins have been creating videos for fun since high school and now their content has taken the world by storm.

In the episode Matt cooked up some pub classics, with a crumbed chicken schnitzel and his own spin on pesto pasta. It was hilarious to watch the boys discover what a brussel sprout was for the first time!

Our final episode was with the lovable and charming Angie Hong. Angie a is renowned former restauranteur and ambassador for Vietnamese food, not to mention the mother of chef Dan Hong.

With some great tips from Angie, Matt made spanner crab on betel leaf that he pairs with our Pale Ale. This pair is a match made in heaven with the refreshing One Love cutting through the spiciness of fresh chilli.

We loved to see Matt and his amazing guests enjoying our beers! Matt has left us inspired to tackle these mouth-watering recipes for ourself!
