Bright golden in colour with a balanced, crisp body from the use of our all Victorian malt, the aromas remind you of everything there is to love about good, honest beer.
Only real ingredients have gone into this beer - there’s no extracts or added sugars here. The beer is full flavoured, massively refreshing and easy drinking with enough assertive bitterness to carry it through.
Brick Lane Draught has a clean, crisp finish and sits at an approachable 4.9% ABV. This beer is perfect for any time you want a honest, independent Australian beer.

You'll see him in your nightmares, you'll see him in your dreams. He'll appear out of nowhere but he ain't what he seems.
Red Right Hand is a good beer with bad intentions.
A decadent, full bodied beer with lashings of biscuit and burnt sugar malt flavours. Massive blasts of hop aromas from Chinook, Amarillo and Simcoe. Mouth coating sensory overload of pine, spicy and citrus hop flavours with a long bitter finish.
At 7.8% ABV Red Right Hand is ready to take your tastebuds on a wild ride…
Our Supernova IPA is a bright, tropical IPA with notes of tangerine, mango, lychee, pine and green pepper. A champagne supernova of flavours that hits the palate with a powerful aromatic punch.
Malts: Pale, Munich and rolled oats
Hops: Citra, Equanot, Centennial, Mosaic
Hops are the hero of this beer, with Mosiac, Equanot and Centennial supporting a lot of Citra hops, one of our favourites here at Brick Lane. We’ve used Citra in two ways here.First as a CO2 extract, a cold extracted essence packed with hard and soft resins and essential oils. The second way were Citra cyro hops. These hops were processed under 100°C to give us essentially purified lupulin.
All up, this beer launches with big bitterness, big flavours and aromas and unashamedly all about hops.
Unique gentle cross flow filtration allows the raw ingredients to express themselves fully. The noble German hop, Hellartau Tradition, used throughout the wort boiling, gives Base Lager a smooth, refreshing bitterness.
Base Lager is a crisp, all malt lager with a smooth, bitter finish. A clean, crisp all malt body and classic smooth hop bitterness delivers a perfectly balanced, sessionable beer.
Why Base? It’s where it all begins. Brewed for the great night out, or in and everything in between.
Last year we released the first ever official beer of the Melbourne Storm and while this season might be different to what we all thought, we are still proud to have for you a fresh release of the 2020 edition Storm Lager.
We've released a fresh brew to celebrate the boys getting into the finals, in what has been a remarkable, challenging and resilient year.
All proudly brewed in Melbourne at Billy Slater's own Brick Lane Brewing!

Layered caramel malts. Citrus and pine hop flavours.
That time of day when the sun has gone down, and the lights have come on, not dark, not light.
Red Hoppy Ale has a rich, red amber body driven through caramel malts layered in the brew, not dark, not light. A green hoppy bite and intense fruit flavours deliver layers of complexity, interest and a moreish finish.
The aromas of this beer are dominated by ripe guava, mango, rockmelon, citrus oil and piney hop characters with some intriguing wheat and bready notes all enveloped in an oat-cream body. Ripe tropical hop flavours and some piney, resinous and dank base notes burst through the luscious, soft, full mouth coating body. Medium bitterness.
This release is not for the faint of heart, sitting at a flavour-punching 6.7%. Awaken your tastebuds and your inner explorer.
Please enjoy the Spring release of our seasonal Avalanche Hazy IPA.
Helping Melbourne's hospitality workers impacted by the Stage 4 Lockdown.
Brick Lane Brewing and Carwyn Cellars have teamed up for another All Together beer to help our Melbourne hospitality mates who are continuing to be affected by the most restrictive conditions in Australia this year due to Covid-19.
This time, our brewers have chosen a different IPA. You’ll find nothing hazy about this 7.4% West Coast IPA. We are kicking it old school with this one.
Expect the West Coast characteristic dank and resin notes, with highlights of tropical and melon notes followed by palate destroying bitterness.
This beer is all about the classic super bitterness that you'd expect from a West Coast IPA, but there is nothing bitter about why we have released a second All Together beer.
Proceeds from every sale will be donated to Covid-19 Employee Assistance Directive (CoVid19 E.A.D), an initiative established in Melbourne during the first lockdown to help our hospitality mates who have been hit hard.
The CoVid19 E.A.D team of volunteers cook, pack, and deliver up to 2,000 meals each week to unemployed hospitality workers in Melbourne in this second lockdown.
As the name of this extremely flavourful beer suggests, we are still All Together in this.

All Together is a beer that doesn’t belong to just one brewery, but a worldwide collaboration created to support those who help make beer such a wonderful community to be a part of. Over 700 breweries have taken part in this campaign originally started by Other Half Brewery in NYC.
We know its difficult times and some of have been hardest hit. This collaboration was specifically started to help some of breweries' biggest supporters - those working in hospitality.
Brick Lane has always had community at the heart of what we do. We simply couldn’t exist without good people around us and supporting us, till now, in social gatherings over a beer. Some of us depend on those social gatherings for fun, others depend on them to make a living. With those times not able to happen at the moment, our mates are struggling.
This is our way to help our communities help each other and still over a beer… just not face to face (for now).
Be safe. Be kind to each other. Wash your hands. We are still all in this together.
