Shipping policy

When will my order be sent?
We send orders Monday to Friday and usually send orders out within 24 hours of being placed, except weekends and public holidays.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We’re keen to minimise delivery costs as much as possible while also making our beer accessible to you, wherever you are in Australia. Beer is heavy however, and delivery of such items to remote areas can be costly.

There is a $12 base rate for you first 20kgs and an addition $10 for ever 20kgs over for delivery in Victoria

For all orders outside of Victoria, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

There is an 83kg weight limit per order (9 x 24 can case / 13 x 16 can case)

Our beer is delivered by Australia Post and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of the couriers which we may use to deliver our goods. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.

Australia Post are currently experiencing heavy delays. We appreciate your patience. 

Tracking

We use Australia Post to coordinate our deliveries. You will be sent a tracking number in your delivery confirmation email once your order has left the brewery. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received this confirmation.

Change of Address

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately. 

Can I pick up beer from the Brewery in Dandenong South?

We currently don't offer click & collect from our brewery. 

Can I pick up beer from the Queen Victoria Market?

If you live in Melbourne you can select click and collect from Brick Lane Market. We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection. 

Collection times are: 
Tuesday - Sunday 11.30am - 8pm 

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
We currently don’t deliver to some really remote areas, dry zones and overseas. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes. If you are unsure, please give our office a call.

Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?
If no one is home to accept the delivery, the couriers will leave it somewhere safe and out of sight.

Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol
Brick Lane Brewing Community supports the responsible consumption of beer including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
