Stock Ale (Palo Santo Edition) - Wood / Barrel-Aged Beer 11.6%

An American style wheat wine aged first in new bourbon casks, then on aged Peruvian Palo Santo heartwood - a very dense, aromatic wood indigenous to Peru and Venezuela.

Stock Ale (Oud Edition) – Experimental 11.6%

An American-style wheat wine produced with extended maturation in full Kentucky bourbon casks, then aged further with the addition of Oudh - the aromatic heartwood of the Agarwood tree.

Stock Ale (Unblended) - Experimental 11.6%

An American-style wheat wine produced with extended maturation in full Kentucky bourbon casks. Using an experimental production technique involving the use of 40% pale wheat malt and pale barley malt only, with an extended boil (24h) to develop colour flavour, with no use of high kilned or roasted malt.

Juniper Juice – Historical 5.6%

A historical recreation of the 14th century Finnish-style Sahti (from historical sources), using a mix of malted and unmalted barley and wheat, indigenous yeast, juniper branches and new growth juniper tips, though with a lower ABV than historically allowed in the main Sahti category.
