All Together West Coast IPA
Helping Melbourne's hospitality workers impacted by the Stage 4 Lockdown.
Brick Lane Brewing and Carwyn Cellars have teamed up for another All Together beer to help our Melbourne hospitality mates who are continuing to be affected by the most restrictive conditions in Australia this year due to Covid-19.
This time, our brewers have chosen a different IPA. You’ll find nothing hazy about this 7.4% West Coast IPA. We are kicking it old school with this one.
Expect the West Coast characteristic dank and resin notes, with highlights of tropical and melon notes followed by palate destroying bitterness.
This beer is all about the classic super bitterness that you'd expect from a West Coast IPA, but there is nothing bitter about why we have released a second All Together beer.
Proceeds from every sale will be donated to Covid-19 Employee Assistance Directive (CoVid19 E.A.D), an initiative established in Melbourne during the first lockdown to help our hospitality mates who have been hit hard.
The CoVid19 E.A.D team of volunteers cook, pack, and deliver up to 2,000 meals each week to unemployed hospitality workers in Melbourne in this second lockdown.
As the name of this extremely flavourful beer suggests, we are still All Together in this.

All Together is a beer that doesn’t belong to just one brewery, but a worldwide collaboration created to support those who help make beer such a wonderful community to be a part of. Over 700 breweries have taken part in this campaign originally started by Other Half Brewery in NYC.
We know its difficult times and some of have been hardest hit. This collaboration was specifically started to help some of breweries' biggest supporters - those working in hospitality.
Brick Lane has always had community at the heart of what we do. We simply couldn’t exist without good people around us and supporting us, till now, in social gatherings over a beer. Some of us depend on those social gatherings for fun, others depend on them to make a living. With those times not able to happen at the moment, our mates are struggling.
This is our way to help our communities help each other and still over a beer… just not face to face (for now).
Be safe. Be kind to each other. Wash your hands. We are still all in this together.
